Portuguese Cooking Class

Today was the city tour and a Portuguese Cooking class. The food is quite simple and simply delicious!

It’s getting warmer, tomorrow we will be in the 90’s! We also will leave Portugal and head to Carmona, Spain.

Evora is a charming city, but I think 2 or 3 days is plenty here.

The convent Pousada is comfortable (it has a/c), Wi-Fi, and good food. I’ve been hunting around for a deal on port, but so far see no special break on price. Its equal or cheaper in the states. Our local guide said she is not surprised.
